1. Safety Guidelines:

Please comply to the guidelines provided by our experienced captain and crew to ensure a secure and enjoyable journey. Your safety is our top priority.

2. Release of Liability:

In the spirit of adventure, you agree to release and discharge Ocean Breeze VIP Charters from any claims arising out of loss or damage to your personal belongings or injury during your charter.

​

3. Alcohol:

Toast to the journey. We will be providing alcohol during your charter to make your trip more enjoyable, however we request everyone to be responsible.

No drugs or smoking will be allowed on board.

4. Booking and Payment:

At Ocean Breeze VIP Charters, we strive to provide exceptional service and cater to our customer’s needs.

To secure a boat charter, a deposit of only $300.00 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance has to be paid on the day of the charter.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

Our services involve reserving specific dates and resources for each charter, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

​

30 days or more before the day of your charter, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit (minus credit card processing fees).

14 to 30 days before the day of your charter you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

14 days or less before the day of your charter you will receive a 25% refund of the deposit.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a charter due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, we will make every effort to reschedule your charter at a mutually agreeable time and date.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of your deposit will be made to you.

 

6. Changes to the Charter Date:

We will be happy to make any adjustments to your reservation as long as the date you are requesting is available.

7. Waiver Policy - Your Safety, Our Priority!

To enhance your experience, we have the following Waiver Policy:

Waiver Agreement:

All guests understand our waiver agreement whereby they agree to release Ocean Breeze VIP Charters from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
